A shame to lose this retailer, I have bought many discs there over the years and the staff were always very helpful and knowledgeable. I was too impatient to wait for the UK release of this SACD in September, so I purchased the download from eclassical. Particularly keen to hear the horn concerto, but the theremin piece was a pleasant surprise - I was impressed at how well the instrument integrated with the sound of the orchestra in such a natural way. If you have purchased the box set package the download is not via iTunes. There is a URL provided on the coupon in the package to a page on the Berliner Philharmoniker website, from which one uses the discount code on the coupon to "purchase" the downloads at zero price. My copy arrived in the post today, and I am delighted with the detail and transparency of the sound and the very natural multichannel mix.
