This is an excellent jazz albums, the playing is excellent and consistent through all the tracks. That said, this recording feels its age, the lack of topend extension or even some top-end muddiness is clearly audible especially when compared to excellent recordings Yamamoto "Autumn in Seattle" or ... more

Well an excellent album is everyway, the opening track is well selected, the recording is my..my.. very good, close your eyes and chill out, this is what modern jazz is all about. By the way, Excellent sonics.

This is an excellent jazz recording, strong artistically as well as sonically. Nothing in this recording will give you a clue as to the actual vintage of the recording, This is simply an excellent jazz album, a must have if you appreciate this musical genre.
