This wonderful recording was made in Mechanic's Hall, Worcester, Massachusetts, in 2007 and released in 2008. This album should be a must-have for all fans of the Kronos Quartet. This is their only album on SACD, and the medium (especially in surround sound) adds a particularly exciting feel to their music. This is a great SACD: superb playing, fine recording quality, and a wonderful selection of music.
