Kane: So Glad You Made It        (1 of 1 found this review helpful)
  April 6, 2004

Frankly, I am really surprised this disc had no reviews. I am going to start this review with this quote from the press release that got me to buy this disc. It is: "Cannes, 24 January 2003 – The Netherlands most successful rock band, Kane, has been recognised at the 5th Annual International ... more

Paul Van Dyk is a well known DJ from Europe who excels at fast beat, dance mixes. He takes on a more pop sensibility with "Reflections". Widely critized by most "hard core" fans as being too mellow and lacking focus. However, this disc is an interesting journey. It can have moments of repetition, ... more
Talk Talk: The Colour of Spring        (2 of 2 found this review helpful)

What a pleasant surprise it was to see Talk Talk on the upcoming releases from EMI. Mark Hollis and his mates, originally recruited by EMI to be the next Duran Duran, churned out some amazing albums. The covers range a variety of artists, from The Eagles, Queen, Barry Manilow, The Moody Blues and ... more

Depeche Mode question
April 14, 2006
No, the first CD is a hybrid. The second disc is a DVD. From what I had read on depeche mode's site, they re-issued them as both: 1 single CD reissue (no SA-CD) 2 disc Deluxe with 1 SA-CD and 1 DVD You will need to spring for the Deluxe ones to get the SA-CDs. ... more
Sony hybrid SACD

If this is true, that is great news. Maybe more of those Dualdisc releases will get released to SACD. However, with who is reporting this, I have my doubts. In my experience, Musictap has a horrible record when it comes to reporting news. I am keeping my fingers crossed. ... more
