Not so great. You really have to like Hongkong pop to enjoy this one. There is a female selection (this one) and a male selection, equally poor.

Just a quick note on this record, since nobody reviewed it so far. This record has been a huge hit in France (where it sits in the top 10 electronica best sellers since 2002) and to a lesser extent in Europe. This is just a quick note to let people know that this recording is not for everyone. It is in the "hard" line of ECM's more "radical" contemporary composers and works, and definitely not one of their easiest jazz / world titles. Although I enjoy Sting's albums in general (including the Brand New Day release), and have bought all the DTS reeditions, this album just doesn't cut it.
