It was a blasted chore obtainig this album on Hybrid SACD but it was well worth the effort However "Once Upon a Time" illustrates Simple Minds at the height of their popularity and creative powers, containing gems such as "All Ther Things She Said" and "Ghost Dancing". Despite being 44, I'm new to the Stones anmd have only taken an interest because of their earlier work being available on Hybrid SACD-which I'm a very big fan of. Anyway this CD is simply awesome. Well an unexpected joy to listen to in SACD format. Despite there being no 5.1 sound, i found it a massive jump in quality from the standard CD I heard a few years back.
Around when I was 20 I loved it on Vinyl and to hear it again after so long in SACD Stereo-it's just too good even at £20 from ... more |

Well Destiny's Child are not normally my type of music but when I spotted "Survivor" on Hybrid SACD Format in a record store, I took a chance and bought it.
